Registration and Identification Agreement

I understand that hunting/shooting is a hazardous activity and can involve risk of injury especially if safety rules are not obeyed. I have received and read a set of safety rules and fully understand my safety obligations. I understand that Griffin & Howe and Hudson Farm do not guarantee my safety and freedom from injury while hunting/shooting on the premise.

I agree that I will indemnify and save the harmless Hudson Farm, Griffin & Howe, its directors, and employees against any and all actions, claims, demands losses, damages, cost or expenses whatsoever that may result from use of the premises.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THE CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A CONTRACT BETWEEN ME AND HUDSON FARM/GRIFFIN & HOWE AND I FULLY INTEND TO BE FULLY BOUND BY IT. PARENTS MUST SIGN FOR GUESTS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE.
